Service description
ConceiveIt is a reminder assistant that helps you track period start dates and receive WhatsApp notifications about likely fertile timing. The service provides estimates, not medical advice or guarantees.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to consent to receive WhatsApp messages.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate cycle information to the best of your knowledge
- Obtain partner consent before inviting someone to receive partner reminders
- Consult a healthcare professional for personal medical questions
- Not misuse the service for harassment, spam, or unlawful purposes
Messaging consent
By opting in, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from ConceiveIt including reminders and account-related replies. You may opt out at any time via STOP.
Disclaimer
ConceiveIt does not guarantee pregnancy, ovulation accuracy, or health outcomes. Cycle predictions are statistical estimates and may be inaccurate, especially with irregular cycles.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConceiveIt is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of reminders or estimates.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the consent text version shown during onboarding.
