What we collect

WhatsApp phone number and optional display name
Period start dates and cycle preferences you provide
Timezone, reminder time, and reminder settings
Partner phone number if you send an invite (partner must opt in separately)
WhatsApp message metadata (timestamps, delivery status) — not indefinite message bodies
Consent records with version, source, and timestamp

Why we collect it

ConceiveIt uses this information only to estimate likely fertile windows and send reminders you requested. We do not use your data for advertising, sale, or unrelated profiling.

Messages are delivered through WhatsApp Business. You can opt out anytime by sending STOP. Scheduled reminders outside the 24-hour service window use approved utility templates.

Processors

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, messaging APIs) under data processing agreements. We do not sell reproductive health data to third parties.

Retention

Raw WhatsApp payloads are retained up to 14 days for debugging, then redacted or deleted. Cycle data is kept while your account is active unless you request deletion.

Your rights

You can pause reminders, export or delete your data, and revoke consent. Send DELETE on WhatsApp or use the dashboard deletion option when available. Contact support for privacy requests.
